11-Apr Judges 1-2 2 Tim. 1-2 Psalms 51-55 Proverbs 11

Judges 2:10-15 (NIV) 10 After that whole generation had been gathered to their fathers, another generation grew up, who knew neither the Lord nor what he had done for Israel. 11 Then the Israelites did evil in the eyes of the Lord and served the Baals. 12 They forsook the Lord, the God of their fathers, who had brought them out of Egypt. They followed and worshiped various gods of the peoples around them. They provoked the Lord to anger 13 because they forsook him and served Baal and the Ashtoreths. 14 In his anger against Israel the Lord handed them over to raiders who plundered them. He sold them to their enemies all around, whom they were no longer able to resist. 15 Whenever Israel went out to fight, the hand of the Lord was against them to defeat them, just as he had sworn to them. They were in great distress.

Welcome to cyclical human behavior. Just a side note: A life in Christ will break you free from cyclical human sinful behavior, sowing and reaping in the horrors of the life of flesh.

Israel totally wipes out the land of promise and destroys the enemies of God. They inherit lands they didn't buy, houses they didn't build, fields they didn't plant, and cities that they didn't establish. God gave it over to them as plunder and inherited wealth as He had promised for generations to do. The stories must have been wild and powerful.

BUT - simply within one generation a terrible curse came over the land. A generation rose up who did not know the Lord or His power, His capacity, and His promises. They quickly forsook the Lord and His covenant with them. They worshipped other gods, aligned with the old false worship of other nations from around the area, and they greatly angered God! The unseen power of God's Kingdom lifted off of Israel and they became powerless. They couldn't stand against their enemies, and they actually went into defense mode rather than the previous "invincible offense mode". Bands of raiders began to attack them and they started the cyclical decline towards powerlessness, idolatry, and slavery. One generation away from the massive conquering Joshua generation fell hard!

I want to address two areas:

1. We need to make sure that our children are active COMPASS GUIDE followers, and that we teach them to set proper goals, filter and focus, live in three dimensions of the Kingdom, and find their core 25 word vision statement for their lives. There are no options around this if we want our next generation to be blessed by God, to stay in the confines of His Kingdom care, Psalm 91 protection, and divine guidance. I have seen this generation that has raised up after mine. I minister to them every day with our Youth Network TV program and teen ministry. This generation is in deep, desperate trouble, and they do NOT know God, nor His power, nor His promises. One of our toughest groups to minister to is the "Christian teens" who have a form of godliness and deny the power of God on their lives. These kids are very deceived and think that by wearing the T-shirt they are fully in the kingdom of God. But they have no power, no fruit of the Spirit, and they live in outrageous sin through the week, while smiling for Jesus on youth night and Sunday morning. They're in desperate trouble, and are open to bands of raiders who are designed to come and enslave them. Parents and grand parents - I urge you to get your kids and teens in COMPASS GUIDE now! You must lead them out of the darkness of their generation and instill the Spirit of Wisdom, Truth, and guidance before they fall with the rest of their generation. I don't believe that your children were given to you to fail. They are given to be the light of the world for their generation, and to provide THE WAY for those living in great darkness, who will see a great light! We must preserve, direct, and guide our children into their CORE PURPOSE! They are the future for the world!

2. We find ourselves living in a generation that has not known the Lord. Not only are the current teens lost, but Generation X is lost, the 20 - 35 year olds who are raising up to lead the world. This generation does not know the Lord BY DESIGN. Strong UN Agenda 21, One World Order, Communism on steroids - forces have moved in and throughout the world to execute world control and dominance. The only way to control the world is to knock out America, the land of the free and the home of the brave. This land of armed patriots has a respect for the rule of law, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, natural laws and rights for all men given by God (there's a concept... "GOD"!). Yet in this land of the free, strong Communist style forces (now called progressives) have taken over the political, military, media, entertainment and educational sections of society. They are now attempting to push their false gods and worship of these false gods upon the people. An entire generation is buying into false worship of these false gods, and is separating themselves from God without knowing the consequences. Human life is cycling over again. Remember that if you are honestly IN CHRIST, you are not subject to these cycles. But your children might be. Your neighbors are, and anyone outside of Christ is in deep trouble during this hour. If you have never read on the 10 planks of Communism, and the 100 year plan to take over a nation for Communism, you should Google is and read up. All 10 planks of Communism have been formed in the U.S.A. without Americans even knowing it, and without one shot of resistance fired. This means that this generation has not known the Lord or His mighty power. They don't know their history because history has been changed by the forces of darkness. They are being taught that their founding fathers were terrorists and evil men. They are being taught that they don't need a Constitution and that the rule of law should be more like the "suggestion or idea of law". I am very passionate about this because I see the dark clouds rising and I know cyclical human behavior. Read what happened to the generation AFTER Joshua, and you will know for sure what is going to happen to the generation after Jesus... the generation that doesn't know Him, although our generation did know him.

While there are many things to do to bring salvation to our nation and world, I highly recommend that you commit yourselves to TRAIN YOUR CHILDREN IN THE WAY THEY SHOULD GO. Get a Compass Guide book, put it in action for your own life, and then teach them based on the revelation that God is giving you. Don't delay, for time is short. Get your family on track, walking on purpose, and get them connected to their Heavenly Father and His plan for your family and their own lives. YOU TRAIN THEM. Don't give them to the world's schools of idolatry to do all their training. Spend time with them every morning before school. Teach them at night before bed. Find the time, make the time, and give this #1 priority. Remember that A GOOD MAN LEAVES AN INHERITANCE FOR HIS CHILDREN'S CHILDREN. This isn't just about money. It's about eternal life and a 150 year plan for your children's, children's, children's, children!

Don't be overwhelmed. Start and move forward. Save your family from the destruction of darkness and pull them out of cyclical human failure - and into the life of Christ and his Psalm 91 protection.
