22-Jan Genesis 43-44, Mark 15-16, Psalms 106-110, Proverbs 22

Gen 43:6-7 (NIV) 6 Israel asked, "Why did you bring this trouble on me by telling the man you had another brother?" 7 They replied, "The man questioned us closely about ourselves and our family. 'Is your father still living?' he asked us. 'Do you have another brother?' We simply answered his questions. How were we to know he would say, 'Bring your brother down here'?"

Payback time for the deceitful brothers, so it seems!  Joseph is cloaked as a high Egyptian officer who is dealing harshly with Jacob's sons.  They are simply wanting to buy food and get out of town.  But Joseph tells them that they must bring the other brother (his young sibling) with them if they ever want to see his face, or buy food again.  They are up against a wall.  they would probably be willing to leave the one brother in Egypt as a sacrifice if they just don't have to come back and drag dad and little brother Benjamine into the next round of food purchases.  Notice that they stayed at home and ate all the food before being forced to plan for more food.  Jacob tells them that they are bringing trouble on him again.  Remember that these brothers have taken Jacob's OLD FAMILY BEHAVIOR forward with them.  They had taken gods of gold during their young days.  They deceived and killed the clan that violated their sister. They deceived their father with Joseph's bloody coat, telling him that Joseph was dead.  They were willing to deceive Joseph and were amazed that he questioned them so thoroughly that they gave up the "other brother" and told of his existence.  These brothers were a mess and they had some serious secret baggage following them around! They had hated Joseph and his dreams about ruling and increase.  But Joseph and the younger brother came from Jacob after his name was changed to Israel.  Joseph and Benjamin were of a higher nature, a higher calling, and they were sons of the promise!  Now these brothers must take the younger Benjamin with them to Pharaoh's courts to face (cloaked) Joseph.  They are pretty certain that trouble is going to come to them because trouble follows and chases these deceivers wherever they go.  They personally understand the old saying, "What goes around, comes around".  And something was about to COME AROUND!    BUT GOD is about to meet them with a surprise attack of love, acceptance, and provision for Israel and the entire household through Joseph's fulfilled destiny! And when Joseph reveals himself, the brothers will have some explaining to do on the old, "Joseph is dead!" story that they fed to their father years before.

Did you know that God called you up and out of the world so that you can bring your other brothers in to God's blessing? Whether it's natural family members or neighbors around you, God has put you in charge and has put wisdom into you for them.  He has given you special provision to feed them.  And He has brought you to the COMPASS GUIDE understanding of who you are in Christ, you have a 25 word core vision statement, and you have goals that are being filtered through God's daily Word.  You are a son of promise, just as Joseph was.  You are being put into position of influence, authority, and blessing so that you can help others in their day of disaster and famine!

The world economies are standing at the brink of collapse, food and water shortages, money shortages, blind leaders taking other blind people into the ditch of failed ideologies, and the world is an absolute mess.  But God has given you light, vision, goals, heavenly purpose, and is setting you in position of authority so that you can help "THEM".  Who? Your brothers and sisters, the heathen, those who are in search of food and existence.  Those who are deceivers, liars, thieves, frauds, cheats, arrogant idiots who seemingly have no soul.  Those who are in desperate poverty and it's been so aggressive against them that they have given in to it and submitted, to hopefully just be given some comfort in their enslavement and impoverished lifestyle.  These are the ones that you have been called to.  God didn't bring you through the COMPASS GUIDE program, to put you in the top 10% of the world, to inherit the nations, lands, businesses, and authority - just to hoard it to yourself.  You have been brought to the kingdom for such a time as this!

Esth 4:14 (NIV) 14 For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father's family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to royal position for such a time as this?"

We are coming to a day and age where the sons of God (followers of Christ) will walk in great authority, both heavenly and earthly.  They will reign on earth as kings.  They will break pottery to pieces with the rod of iron that they rule with.  They shall possess great authority with the love and intentions of God, and they shall be a great benefit to the people of earth.  Those who receive benefit and help will praise God and thank Him for good, righteous leaders in all walks of life.  And God will bless the inhabitants of earth, and all nations will feel and know the benefits of God through Jesus and His king/priest brothers and sisters.  

This authority will not emanate out of the local church building down on the Sunday street corner.  It will emanate through the sons and daughters of God who have been worked into the world system as yeast working throughout the lump of dough.   They will be in politics, business, finance, education, arts and entertainment, social work, health, healing, and hospitals, and they shall provide God's kingdom answers to humanity.  The nations shall come and gather under God's banner.  They will worship and bow down, bending every knee (submit) to God's ways of doing things, and King Jesus shall be exalted in all the earth.  Look forward to these days and allow God to position you.  Your 1, 5, 10, 20, and 50 year goals are reflecting where God is positioning you for the greatest awakening that mankind has ever seen before!

Do you find this hard to believe?  Well, God is allowing man and his devil filled agenda to run his course.  Mankind is screwing this world up to the point of no return with energy shortages, greedy money system collapse, global warming, wars, divisions, strife, and dissent as we have never seen before in our life times.  Man is screwing it up ROYALLY.  Once man is finished breaking everything that can be broken, God will intervene with His royal priesthood and kings of the earth.  They shall bring the golden keys, the answers to all of these problems, and the nations shall gladly submit and bow their knee to the RIGHT WAY, the LIVING WAY, and the TRUTHFUL WAY.  Hallelujah!!
