Are you "IN PLACE" in the workplace? Go to the ant and see. 90% of people are out of place and dislike their jobs! is it possible to have the DREAM job?

Prov 6:6-11 (NIV) Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. How long will you lie there, you sluggard? When will you get up from your sleep? A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest-- and poverty will come on you like a bandit and scarcity like an armed man.
This scripture speaks loudly to me about BEING IN PLACE and LIVING IN THREE DIMENSIONS! If you remember the COMPASS GUIDE 8 hour seminar, we confirmed that 90% of Americans are out of place in their job. They either can't find work, or they hate the work that they do. This can be proven by the number of managers who are over the American labor force. If you need a manager to keep watch on you, or a video camera to keep an eye on you, then you are out of position. But if you ever find the job you love, you will never need a manager to make sure that you show up for work on time, or to see if you're actually doing your job. People who love their work actually say, "CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY PAY ME TO DO THIS? IF THEY DIDN'T PAY, I'D STILL BE HERE DOING THIS JOB!" That's the kind of person that you want to be. Therefore you and I need to become like the ant and find our true identity and purpose. The ant needs no overseer or ruler, and yet works all day and night.
Develop your 25 Word Core Purpose Statement to remind yourself who you really are. Set 1, 5 and 10 year goals immediately and start heading towards the 3 dimensions of successful living, the NEED, the DESIRE, and the DREAM.
Check this video out that I took recently of ants working away as hard and as fast as they possibly can in Costa Rica.
