13-Jul Ezra 1-2, Acts 27-28, Psalms 66-70, Proverbs 13

Ezra 1:1-4 (NIV) In the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, in order to fulfill the word of the Lord spoken by Jeremiah, the Lord moved the heart of Cyrus king of Persia to make a proclamation throughout his realm and to put it in writing: 2 "This is what Cyrus king of Persia says: "'The Lord, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth and he has appointed me to build a temple for him at Jerusalem in Judah. 3 Anyone of his people among you--may his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem in Judah and build the temple of the Lord, the God of Israel, the God who is in Jerusalem. 4 And the people of any place where survivors may now be living are to provide him with silver and gold, with goods and livestock, and with freewill offerings for the temple of God in Jerusalem.'"

Under the Lord's prompting, King Cyrus activated the COMPASS GUIDE program in the land. He was moved in his heart to make a proclamation, and he put it in writing. Once these two concepts are united and married, the VISION will then begin to appear in the earth.

Hab 2:2-3 (NIV) 2 Then the Lord replied: "Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it. 3 For the revelation awaits an appointed time;
it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.

One of the great secrets of Heaven that are found deep in the Word of God is as follows: Once you write down the vision, the APPOINTED TIME starts on earth. The vision remains in Heaven until someone writes it down and begins to proclaim it in the earth. But the proclamation and the written word start the time clock, and the VISION MOVES AT THE APPOINTED TIME!

So many Heavenly visions go into the grave with people who never proclaimed and wrote down their vision. The vision remained in Heaven and they died into the ground, and the vision still awaits an appointed time!
