15-Sep Isaiah 35-36, 3 John 1, Psalms 86-90, Proverbs 15

Proverbs 15:6 (NIV) The house of the righteous contains great treasure, but the income of the wicked brings them trouble.

This proverb contains deep truth that touches the spirit and the natural in a person's life. It shows the blessing and the curse that comes upon those who are either righteous or wicked.

Righteousness can be summed up as a person who is RIGHT WITH GOD, or who is RIGHT WHERE GOD WANTS HIM. A wicked person could be a real evil creep, or simply the greek definition of wicked which means to MISS THE MARK. Only in Christ can we be right where God wants us. And outside of Christ, we are certainly missing the mark of the high calling in Christ Jesus - and we are living a life of wickedness.

Here's how it sums up and manifests in your life, plain and simple. TREASURE AND INCOME.

A righteous person will have treasure in many places, and will actually learn where to store, hide and preserve treasures of all kinds, both natural and spiritual. It's part of the heritage of the righteousness of Christ. Yes, I am saying that once you find out who you are in Christ, and once you learn of His multiplied blessings, you will begin to have abundance in many areas. This is the "more than enough" blessing that comes because of your divine connection to God and His never ending kingdom of supply, blessing and life abundantly.

But a wicked person will always have problems with wealth. As a matter of fact, the Proverb doesn't even talk about treasure because the simple income of the wicked person will bring them trouble. The curse of wickedness and the lack of Christ's righteousness in their lives will bring financial trouble, lack of income, troubles paying the bills, tax trouble, and on and on. Forget the subject of treasure.

Proverbs 13:15 (KJV) ....... but the way of transgressors is hard.

Allow the Word of God to bring judgment to you today. If you have lived a constant life of trouble with your income, paying bills, keeping what you've made, etc.... it's time to bring this situation in full light before the Lord and find out what's keeping you back. God will be faithful to speak to you. Whatever He says, just do it. Because that's the action that will deliver you from "mark missing" and into "righteousness in Christ" because you are walking in obedience through faith.

If you have found yourself to be living with great treasures around you, both and natural and physical, thank God and worship Him for the wonderful life in Christ that He has provided you. Blessings, strength, honor and abundance have been delivered to you on purpose - kingdom purpose! Make sure that you honor God with your wealth in whatever way would be appropriate.

Proverbs 3:9-10 (NIV) Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.

There are extreme benefits to being RIGHT where God wants you, on purpose and in obedience. king king king
