08/30 Compass Guide Comments By Dr. Daniel Daves
30-Aug Isaiah 3-4, Hebrews 5-6, Psalms 6-10, Proverbs 30
Proverbs 30:15-16 (NIV) "The leech has two daughters. 'Give! Give!' they cry. "There are three things that are never satisfied, four that never say, 'Enough!': the grave, the barren womb, land, which is never satisfied with water, and fire, which never says, 'Enough!'
Leeches are disgusting little creatures that freak just about everyone out when they are seen. They have nothing to give, and are looking for life blood to take. That's their purpose in life - to take. They're ugly little things that hide in swamps and places where water isn't moving. Spiritual leeches love non moving churches, businesses and places with no active dream, otherwise known as spiritual swamps.
Human leeches area all around us and they will suck the life blood, strength and vision out of you if you allow them to attach themselves to you, your vision, family, business or ministry. If you have one attached to you, cut him off now! You'll heal up just fine. But you will never heel if you keep dragging that ugly little critter along with you. Abraham had to separate from Lot the leech at one point during their travels. You must also make the separation, no matter how painful or hard when you're dealing with a leech spirit.
Do a formal body check, a spiritual and business check, and a financial check. Where are the leeches sucking the life blood out of you? Deal with them quickly before they affect your dream, your goals and targets, and your future.
I found a great little article that tells how to deal with financial, emotional and productivity leeches form your life. It's well worth the read.
Here's a link to the leech article - worth the read.

Remove those leeches! Just DO it! You will know them. They say GIVE ME, GIVE ME, GIVE ME, GIVE ME, GIVE ME. And they look for givers to attach themselves to. That would be you.
